Photography has been a part of nearly my entire life. It began as a teen, rigging a camera to model rockets. InĀ  high school, I grew to love news and sports photography, which morphed into my first career as an award-winning newspaper photographer in Madison, Wisconsin. In high school I photographed the U.S. Ski Jumping Team, which trained near my home, igniting my love for skiing. After moving into public relations work, my photography was more focused around point-and-shoot cameras to document our family. But in time, I’ve gravitated back to serious photography – but now with a passion for the outdoors and travel.

I’ve made the full switch to digital, and it’s opened new worlds for me. I hope you enjoy seeing my world through my eyes.
